Lake Nottely Improvement
Association is assisting
Blairsville's First
United Methodist Church
with it's PROJECT
HEALTH KITS FOR HAITI. The
United Methodist Committee on Relief
(UMCOR) is co-ordinating
this project.
Tricia Spear, Manager
of the Humane Society's Thrift
Store, has offered to set up a
convenient collection
point for us at the
store, 208 Earnest Street,
Blairsville. DEADLINE
is Sat., Feb. 13. The store
closes at 2pm on that day.
The needs
are very specific: One
gallon ziplock bags are to be
filled with:
1. facecloth
2. handcloth
3. adult toothbrush
4. bar soap
5. sturdy comb
6. nail clippers
7. bandaides
Please
assist us with any or
all of the above items.
In addition, LINA will
include $1.00 in each bag for
the purchase of toothpaste. To
make a monetary donation send
